- Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging, including any warranty cards, authenticity certificates, and the original sales receipt.

- Personalized or Customized Items: Any creations that have been engraved, embossed, modified, or personalized.
- Used or Worn Items: Products that show signs of wear, have been used, or altered from their original condition.
- Discontinued Pieces: Items that are no longer part of our current collection.We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

3. Return Process

- Ship the Item: Use the provided return label to ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Quality Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return criteria.
